Check your housing office requirements first
Every housing office, landlord, and property manager sets its own move-out rules. Some require professional carpet cleaning. Some ask for a receipt. Some have their own specific requirements. We can't promise that our cleaning will meet any particular inspection standard, so please check with your housing office or landlord before you book. Once you know what they need, call us and we'll talk through whether our service fits.
Base access
We're a local civilian business. If your home is on JBER, you'll need to arrange base access for us through your normal visitor process before your appointment. If your home is off base, just give us the address.
Clear, upfront pricing
Move-outs are expensive enough, so our prices are posted openly:

Example: a living room, two bedrooms, and a hallway come to $340.
What about pet stains and odors?
Pets are part of a lot of military families, and we understand the worry about a pet-related charge at move-out. We'll work hard on pet stains and odors, but we'll be honest with you: some odors soak deep into the padding or subfloor, and carpet cleaning can't always remove them completely. If you have a problem area, tell us when you book so we can set realistic expectations together.
Couches and rugs too
If you're keeping your furniture and shipping it to your next duty station, you can have your couch or area rugs cleaned in the same visit.
