An honest answer about pet odor
Here's what many carpet cleaners won't tell you: not every pet odor can be fully removed. Fresh accidents on the carpet surface often respond well to cleaning. When urine has soaked through to the padding or the subfloor, though, cleaning the carpet may reduce the smell without getting rid of it. Some stains also change the carpet's color for good.
We'd rather set honest expectations up front than make a promise we can't keep. When you call, tell us how old the accidents are, how many spots there are, and what type of pet made them. That helps us talk through what's realistic for your home before we book anything.

Pet messes don't stay in one place, so we work on more than wall-to-wall carpet:
- Carpet in living rooms, bedrooms, offices, dining rooms, hallways, stairs, and bathrooms
- Couches and upholstery, which pets often treat as their own bed
- Rugs, including the one by the back door that takes the most traffic
