For tenants
Many leases ask for clean carpets at move-out. We clean the carpeted rooms, stairs and hallways in your unit so they're ready for your walkthrough. We can't promise how a landlord will handle your deposit. What we can do is a careful, thorough clean at a price you'll know before we start.
For landlords and property managers
If you need carpets turned between tenants, you can call one local number to schedule the cleaning. Vacant units are often the easiest to clean because the rooms are empty. Tell us how you'll get us into the unit, whether that's a lockbox, a key handoff or meeting us on site, and we'll work around your turnover schedule. If a unit is on a military installation such as JBER, the tenant or property manager needs to arrange access. We don't have independent base access.
We also clean commercial carpet at pricing by quote, which may suit offices or common areas you manage.

Example: A two-bedroom apartment with a living room and a hallway comes to $140 + $80 + $80 + $40 = $340.
What to expect
Before we arrive, please get the floors as clear as you can. Remove furniture, boxes and loose items so we can reach the whole carpet. Point out any problem spots when we get there.
An honest word about pet odor and tough stains
Pet accidents and old stains are common in rentals. We'll work on them, but we won't promise that every stain or pet odor will come out completely. Results depend on what caused the problem, how long it's been there and whether it has soaked into the padding underneath. We'll tell you what we see before we start so you know what to expect.
